Cozy room suited my needs perfectly. Breakfast delivered was outstanding.
The room temperature felt a bit warm, and the radiator couldn’t be adjusted. Wall soundproofing left something to be desired. noise from neighboring rooms affected my sleep.

Just had a lovely stay at Elms B&B! The breakfast was incredible, using local ingredients, and I appreciated the warm welcome with homemade lemon drizzle cake. The external bathroom was a minor inconvenience, but the friendly hosts and comfy atmosphere made up for it. Would definitely recommend!

The warmth of the hosts was felt right from the start as I was welcomed with a lovely cup of tea and homemade lemon drizzle cake, making my stay all the more enjoyable. being just a short walk away from Thetford Forest provided the perfect opportunity for leisurely strolls amidst beautiful nature, offering a refreshing break from city life.

The Elms was a lovely stay! We received such a warm welcome, complete with a cup of tea and delicious homemade lemon drizzle cake. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delightful, served on time. It's a fantastic find in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation.
Parking can be limited at peak times.
